The sales person (Richard Rood) was knowledgeable and very low key (no pun intended) which made me feel relaxed and not under any stress. Mr. Rood gave me the space I needed while contemplating my purchase. He followed up with me after I left the dealership but not in an aggressive way. He has since continued to answer my calls when I have a question, even after I purchased the vehicle... which says a lot. I was also very happy with my dealing with the finance person (Mike Fox). He explained everything in a clear cut manner and never tried to pressure me into purchasing any item that I was not interested in having. I appreciated not having to go on the defense. He offered, I replied, we moved on with the documents. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Key Hyundai to others. I am hopeful that my experience with the service department will also be of the highest caliber. More
