MY NEW CAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased my car on 08-17-17, my salesman (Nelson Caballero) was not very attentive towards me throughout the sales process, at times I had to ask s I purchased my car on 08-17-17, my salesman (Nelson Caballero) was not very attentive towards me throughout the sales process, at times I had to ask someone to locate him for me. I came into the dealership with my own financing through my bank, I had to wait over 3 hours to complete my car buying experience and was never explained anything about my new car by my salesperson. When my purchase was finally completed my salesperson did not complete the physical transfer of my plates from my old car to my new car (which Nelson advised me earlier that he would complete) and advised that I can come back to get a full tank of gas (I was late picking up my son from school due to the length of time it took to buy my car) I arrived at the dealership @ 1pm and didn't leave until after 415pm. I had to come back (08-23-17) to the dealership due to issue with steering and was advised to come in at 930 am by Nelson and that a rental would be provided to me so that I wouldn't have to wait while the service department looked at my vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership I had to wait 4 hours to get a rental due to the dealership or salesman not advising Enterprise that was going to get a rental. Overall I was not satisfied with the customer service or attention to detail that I received at Hyundai, however I LOVE MY CAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Great Dealership, great SUV and great Salesman We have owned two Hyunda vehicles in the past, both purchased at Key Hyunda (Azera and Veracruz). Our youngest son now drives the Azera and we traded the Veracruz for a 4WD truck. We loved both Hyunda vehicles and the service at Key Hyunda. We purchased the 2017 Sante Fe Sport because we needed a larger and more comfortable SUV for trips. In addition, we wanted the most up to date safety features, premium sound system and speakers, reduced road noise, good gas mileage and a luxury feel. The Sante Fe met all those needs and wants. It's good to be back in a Hyunda again and a great Dealership. Cudos to our Salesman, David Hayes. More
