My first car in 12 years I had not had a new car in over 12 years, primarily because I hated the buying process. I met Harry Wilhelm and he performed magic in less than two hours he had convinced me that I needed a 2015 Escape in Ruby Red that was calling my name. He got me a good price, a good trade-in price for my 12 year old beast and delivered it to me in less than 48 hours. He is a new salesman for Key Scales so he needed his manager ( Bill Pyle) to help finalize the deal. But Harry Wilhelm was who convinced me to buy my car. She was very thorough in explaining the features to my mother, and she made a follow up call to my mother the next day to be sure Mom was satisfied and see if she had any questions. Jim Roberts in the finance dept was also pleasant to work with. Jim offered extra items, warranty,service, etc., but never pressured Mom into purchasing.
