Fantastic Salesperson! My 1998 Ford F150 was having issues so I stopped at Key Scales to check it out. When Rick Rysell asked if I wanted to buy a car I answered, "Depends on what kind of deal you can offer." I left with a new "used" 2011 Ford F150. Can't say enough about the way Rick worked with me. He listened, was sensitive to what I wanted, and didn't pressure me to buy something I didn't want. The truck is great but needs running boards so I can get in it without jumping into the seat. And there was no cruise control so that will need to be added later. Overall, I'm very pleased with the vehicle. I highly recommend Rick Rysell to folks who are looking to buy a car or truck. Before you go anywhere else, check out Key Scales Ford. I'm impressed that they are closed on Sunday to give employees opportunity to go to church or spend time with family. I bought a 2012 Chevy it still has a factory warranty, is in great condition, and for a first time financier i was very happy when i left with a lower interest rate, good price and great car.
