Great Leasing Experience at a Florida Dealership I went The Key Scales Ford to simply "look" at what Ford was offering in the way of the Ford Escape. Upon arriving I was greeted by Rich Rysell. He I went The Key Scales Ford to simply "look" at what Ford was offering in the way of the Ford Escape. Upon arriving I was greeted by Rich Rysell. He walked me onto the lot of new Escapes and before I realized it, I was hooked. I was very pleased with what I saw and the selections available. Within in a couple of days I returned to discuss with Rich the lease and 3 hours later drove out of the Ford lot with a newly leased Escape Titanium. Rich was very pleasant; worked really hard which resulted in a good deal for me. More

Great Day! Started off on Internet with Blake Kelly, and then made appointment to meet. He was most pleasant and listened to our story concerning trade in ( which we did not bring in this day) and what we were looking for and why. He made suggestions but did not push. We left and when we e mailed back for another appointment Blake referred us to Rich Rysell because Blake was going to be out the day we wanted to come in. Rich was awesome! It was important to me to drive the 2015 Ford Edge on the highway to see how it handled in heavy traffic at highway speeds. The test drive was the longest I have ever experienced, and Rich was most patient with me while I experienced the perfection of this vehicle. The negotiations and trade in experience was somewhat stressful but Rich worked very hard to get the deal for us. We left very satisfied. Saw my sister the next day. She lived 1.5 hours south of here. She loved my Edge, went home and had two bad experiences with dealers there. I told her she needed to call Rich at Key Scales Ford! She did and called me back to say she bought a 2014 Ford from Rich over the phone and got the deal she wanted! What is nice about this dealership is the sales department seems to share experiences and help each other. It is not the dog eat dog hovering over buyers you sometime experience at other dealerships. 2015 Ford Edge Titanium We had been anxiously waiting for the arrival of the 2015 Ford Edge. We had a 2010 Edge but wanted to upgrade the safety technology available now. I We had been anxiously waiting for the arrival of the 2015 Ford Edge. We had a 2010 Edge but wanted to upgrade the safety technology available now. I contacted Key Scales via the internet and had a response from Blake Kelly within 30 minutes that they had 3 Edges that had just arrived. We arranged a test drive the following day and leased the red Edge that we test drove. Overall everyone at the dealership was professional but especially well versed on all the electronic technology that is available on new cars now. This is the third Ford we have purchased from Key Scales but certainly not our last. We just love the way Ford makes their vehicles. More

Very good experience overall Went to Key Scales Ford to look at cars and ended up buying a used Toyota Avalon from Rich. We had an appointment with Blake Kelly. Blake was very professional and we first discussed our interest with him. My wife really liked the fact that Blake was interested in her interest as well as mine. He talked to the two of us and not just to me. We were not going to buy on this date and were just gathering ideas as to the vehicle we might buy. We advised Blake of a payment range we were interested paying. Once the details were worked out, Blake found the vehicle we wanted and in a couple days we were in our New Explorer Limited. Thanks Blake! More
