NEVER AGAIN Cat Langbehn (Salesperson) gave us a $500 gift card as part of a promotion. When I tried to use it there was a zero balance on the card. Returned the card to Cat, and was told she would mail me a new card. Two weeks passed, so I called and left messages twice for Cat and Emailed once, never got a response. On Feb 20, customer service rep Angela Thompson called as routine follow up and I told her of my problem. She said she would have Cat give me a call. Never heard from Cat. On Feb 26, talked to Angela Thompson again and told her I still didn't hear back from Cat. She said see would look into it. Never heard back from her. On march 3, called Cat and left message that if didn't hear back from her I was going to call Bruce Johnson the General Manager. Never Heard back. On march 6, talked to GM Bruce Johnson and told him what was going on. He told me he would look into it and have Cat give me a call. Never heard back from anyone. On march 13, called Bruce Johnson and left message for him to call me. Never heard back. On March 16, called and talk to Bruce Johnson and said he would have someone call me. On March 17, Jeff Wagner from promotions called and talked to me. He had no explanation on why Cat gave me a gift card that had zero balance. The mailing I gave her stated , buy a new car get a $500 gift card. (Not, I repeat, Not a chance to win a gift card!!!) Why give a card at all if it has a Zero balance? The man in charge of promotion (Jeff Wagner), solution was to tell me that if I stopped by they would give me a $5 gift card or they would mail it to me if I wanted. WHAT AN INSULT ! I told him I was not interested $5 gift card and he could keep it. After two months, it is amazing that this is the best solution to the problem they could come up with. Not one of the four people I dealt with offered me an apology. I also received two maintenance services when I bought the car, but I will not be accepting them because I will never step foot in Key Scales Ford dealership again. More

I haven't shopped for a new car in about 15 years and I was apprehensive about dealing with a Dealer. My pre-conceived stress was quickly put to rest shortly after meeting the staff at Key Scales Ford. Everyone I had any contact with was polite, respectful and courteous, which in turn allowed me to focus on which vehicle was best for my wife and I. We decided on the Cmax and so far couldn't be happier. I'm confident that if any issues arise that Key Scales will stand behind their word and take care of it. (no I'm not a paid spokesperson) I am very skeptical by nature and at times can be a real xxxxx and they made me happy. That's all I got. Thanks. Stephen Brusko More

Ford Focus 2012 clutch and Intermediate shaft bearing replac I had , clutch replaced and intermediate shaft bearing replaced over two days, as well as oil change and tire rotation. Thanks to Kurt (Manager in Pa I had , clutch replaced and intermediate shaft bearing replaced over two days, as well as oil change and tire rotation. Thanks to Kurt (Manager in Parts) and Joe and Randall in Service and the Transmission guy (don't know his name) and his assistant,in getting the job done in a timely manner also they were very respectful.
