Ford Focus 2012 clutch and Intermediate shaft bearing replac I had , clutch replaced and intermediate shaft bearing replaced over two days, as well as oil change and tire rotation. Thanks to Kurt (Manager in Pa I had , clutch replaced and intermediate shaft bearing replaced over two days, as well as oil change and tire rotation. Thanks to Kurt (Manager in Parts) and Joe and Randall in Service and the Transmission guy (don't know his name) and his assistant,in getting the job done in a timely manner also they were very respectful. Great job! well done guys!. You could teach the Service Techs. and people in Service in Canada a thing or two about customer service. Barbara Martin More

Lease a car and be happy. I had talked to my daughter and son-in-law and they suggested that I lease a car. I went to Key Scales Ford and Randy helped me and made me a deal th I had talked to my daughter and son-in-law and they suggested that I lease a car. I went to Key Scales Ford and Randy helped me and made me a deal that I could not pass up. Within four hours everything was done and registration was taken care of and application to Ford Motor Credit Company for my rating and I left with a brand new car. Also my car insurance was updated while I was there. Randy greeted us as we got in the parking lot. He is a great sales associate and he did everything possible to meet my price range. He was very friendly and courteous. He took me out for a test drive. He let me drive it myself. I liked the feel of the car. I leased a Ford Focus. More
