Bill was very professional yet friendly. We did not purchase the car on our first visit (no pressure) and did return three days later for an appointment. We thought Bill Pyle was the best salesperson we've ever worked with at any dealership. We were also impressed with Jeff and Dan. Once I decided I wanted it the process of buying it was fast and Rich made sure he was getting me the best rate possible. He helped me program all my settings and made sure everything was to my liking. He was personable and made the buying process easy. Dan had all the paperwork and registration done for me as soon I walked into his office. Just a few signatures and I was walking out of his office with my new keys in maybe 5 mins! More
Excellent experience in buying used truck There's a good reason that Key Scales Ford is the number-one rated dealership in Florida, if my experience with sales representative Rich Rysell is ty There's a good reason that Key Scales Ford is the number-one rated dealership in Florida, if my experience with sales representative Rich Rysell is typical of how customers are treated and if my used truck is typical of the fleet they have in stock. I wanted to replace my 2006 Ford 150 with its too-small engine with a newer but previously-owned Ford F150 that had a bigger engine, good mileage, and dependability. My first contact with the dealership was over the phone, when Rich located for me an excellent truck that he knew about. When it arrived at the dealership and I drove it around, Rich did not pressure me into making a decision right away; I was able to take my time, ask relevant questions, and go through my own slow but thorough decision-making process. (At the other dealerships that I visited, Ford and others, I felt like I was in a pressure cooker. I also felt as though I had the word "sucker" etched on to my forehead.) Not so at Key Scales. Example: when I told Rich what I wanted for my trade-in and how I wanted to proceed (or not ) with this potential purchase, Rich respectfully listened to what I wanted and did his absolute best to meet my needs. He even facilitated me seeking an objective opinion about the new truck (new to me; it's a used truck), allowing me to drive the used truck off-site to a non-Key Scales' mechanic's evaluation. The truck, which is in excellent condition, was fairly priced, according to my methodical research. I was able to put my trust in both Rich and the mechanic Jeremy, who kindly went over tooth-and-nail the mechanic's report. No question or demand of mine was deemed stupid or unreasonable, even when I insisted that I wanted the tires from my old truck on the new one. My Key Scales experience was stellar, thanks to Rich, Jeremy, and also Dan and Kathy who helped with the finances (I didn't have the old truck's title on me and needed to order a replacement). I would come to Key Scales again to purchase a truck, despite the fact I live in Maryland! More

He contacted me a few minutes after i sent an internet inquiry, got my information, and sent me the price. Mr Kelly worked very hard to find the car and color i wanted, which was not easy, The price was exactally as he first told me. Then i met the service manager, and was shown where to bring the car for maintaince. Blake went over all the options and controls, until i was satisfied that i knew how they all worked. The finance manager was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very impressive dealereship and staff. Thanks to Blake Kelly, and the rest of the employees at Key Scales, a very positive experience. Highly recommeded Ford dealer. More

We had tried to make several other deals at this dealership in the past and we always purchased elsewhere. The other reason we purchased at this dealership is Joe Vanwaes. He has performed service on or other Ford vehicles and has always been great to work with. Both Mark and Joe are friendly, outgoing and professional at the same time. I paid a little more for the vehicle than I thought I should. But the dealership is close by and I liked the vehicle and options it had. This was my first experience with Dan Shuten and he was very professional and very organized. More

He was very informative when we sat down in his office. Bill Pyle, a true gem, was also consulted, and between both Rich and Bill, we were able to lease a new 2015 Escape. Also, Jim Roberts, who filled out all the necessary papers for us to sign, was very pleasant and explained each paper and what it meant. A very, very pleasant experience.
