Wonderful Experience My wife and I were searching for a new car. She had found a 2012 Ford Explorer on the Key Scales Ford website. I contacted Blake Kelly and inquired about coming to see the vehicle. Blake informed me the vehicle had been on the lot for a while and did not sell, so the vehicle had been sent to auction. The vehicle had not been auctioned off yet, and Blake was able to bring the vehicle back to Key Scales Ford. We live in Orlando and drove over an hour to see the vehicle. When we arrived Blake had the vehicle already running so it was nice and cold inside. We took the vehicle for a test drive and he talked to us like normal people. He did not ask a lot of the typical "salesman" questions that we had come to expect from other Ford dealerships in Orlando. He was very personal and let us drive the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. After the test drive, we sat down and began to do the paperwork. Blake and the financial team at Key Scales Ford worked hard to secure us a good rate which allowed us to purchase the vehicle for a great monthly payment. The paperwork process was quick, easy, and handled by professional and friendly employees. We really enjoyed the smaller atmosphere at Key Scales Ford. We live in Orlando and have some very large dealerships in town. At the larger dealerships we have experienced sitting on the sales floor while the salesman and the management sit above you behind one-way glass and discuss how to make the most money off of you. At Key Scales Ford, we did not experience any of this. They were very upfront, honest, and friendly. We never felt as if we were being judged or secretly observed. Any future vehicle we buy will be from Key Scales Ford. We will gladly drive an hour away, passing many other Ford Dealerships in order to have the smaller, friendlier experience at Key Scales Ford. More

Ford Escape Titanium Rich Rysell was very nice and took his time showing us the models. He found one that had what we wanted on it and the color GOLD and he brought it in Rich Rysell was very nice and took his time showing us the models.
