Things were great when I was looking for a vehicle. Scott Moll was very attentive and was always in contact with me via phone and emails to the point of being excessive. Sale was made in Mid-January, started having problems with the vehicle the first week. We tried to make contact with the dealership only to be given the run around. I made several attempts to contact Scott for help to be brushed aside and told to contact the service department. Did that to be told to go to the dealership I purchased my car at. Hmm, this was Key Scales. Woman in service then directed me to contact the manufacter's dealership for my car, they dont service anything other than FORDS, really??. Again, feeling the brush off, we tried to contact Scott and the Branch Manager via phone and email. Left several messages and sent numerous emails. Have I heard from either one of them yet, NO!!!. amazing how they are so attentive when they want the sale but then as soon as you sign the papers, you become non-existent. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone I know. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! They do not keep their word on anything they tell you to get you to sign. BIG TIME disappointment. More

This is the 4th Ford vehicle we have purchased from Key Scales. First a Freestar (04 I think) 2010 Edge, a 2012 F150 Super Cab for son's use, and recently a 2014 Edge. And my next door neighbors, the Sandlins have 2 Key Scales vehicles in their garage. If that is not an indicator of our satisfaction with your dealership, then what is ? Blake Kelly has come through for us every time. And every time I am in for service, he always says hello and calls me by name. Now how is that for an automotive salesperson.? On our recent purchase (lease actually) Blake took care of all the details - transfer of license tag, insurance etc. What was left for us to do? Accept the keys from Blake, get in the Edge and drive it away. And I should add the Edge is superb - smoother ride, more power and lots more "bells and whistles" than the 2010. I have had my vehicles serviced exclusively at Key Scales and have always had superb service and a friendly efficient staff. So bottom line, keep doing things as you have been and when your new planned showroom is completed - do not change your way of doing business. Paul & Erma Hays More
I had a few issues with the vehicle I purchased most were taken care of right away. One of the issues took a little longer to work out then I would have liked, but in the end the dealer came through with a r taken care of right away.
