I took my 82 year old father to this dealership to lease a new Ford Fusion... Fred Almonte was our salesman and I must say..this was one of my best car buying experiences ever..it could be quite stressful a new Ford Fusion... Fred Almonte was our salesman and I must say..this was one of my best car buying experiences ever..it could be quite stressful but Fred made it a pleasure to do business. He as well as Rich Rysell made us feel like family and couldn't do enough for us.. I highly recommended this dealership to anyone..if you go to Key Scales look up Fred and Rich. More

This car shopping experience was the easiest we ever experienced. We were shopping for a hybrid, but our salesman helped us analyze our driving habits and convinced us to to purchase a less expensive n experienced. Everything went great! I was able to get in and out much quicker than I expected. Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable, even helped me get my phone hooked up with Ford Sync. This is one of two Ford dealerships I had gone to that day. I will say they have the best customer service. This dealership does not judge you on how you look walking up.
