I visited the dealership to purchase a new Ford Escape and was working with Rod Berger. I was quoted a payment that seemed incorrect to me so taking the amount that would be financed, I figured the payme and was working with Rod Berger. I was quoted a payment that seemed incorrect to me so taking the amount that would be financed, I figured the payment to be $30 to $40 less than the payment quoted. I approached Rod and told him what I found and he AGREED and said he would get back to me. NO CALL. I left two messages....NO Call. I called the dealership and left two messages for the Sales Manager.....NO CALL. I called back asking the lady that answereed the phone and asked for the owners name.....REFUSED THE INFORMATION. I then sent a e-mail to the General Manager. He did provide me the name of the owner and asked if he could assist. We had a couple of e-mails and I gave him my phone number so we could talk.....GUESS WHAT NO CALL TO DATE. Customer Service is poor from the salesman to the General Manager. If a salesman asked what you want for a payment, don't tell them. If you do, that will help them take more money out of your pocket. I am sure this review will not be posted Dave Kennedy More

Sorry about getting this review back late about these fellows, but i've been under the weather the last few days. Rod and Mike are car salesmen's, for very 1st time I feal like I was going to the dentist fellows, but i've been under the weather the last few days. Rod and Mike are car salesmen's, for very 1st time I feal like I was going to the dentist. Mike had shown the 2014 Esacpe previously and did a excellent job presenting the car it's features. The night we saw Rod we had been at Ford dealer precessor and couldn't work out deal. Rod gave us good deal on the vehicle we searching for and with more options at the price we wanted without pressuring us like other dealers. Well done to ROD & MIKE and for Joe in service dept., which I've worked with on previous vehicle services has always been a pleasure work with vehicle repairs. Good job Keyscale employees! Now that I feel better I'm going to go drive my new Escape. More
