When we first stopped at the dealership, we were only going to look at vehicles, particularly the Ford Edge, with no real plan to buy that day. Rod Berger came up to us and offered to assist us and we to going to look at vehicles, particularly the Ford Edge, with no real plan to buy that day. Rod Berger came up to us and offered to assist us and we told him we would like to look at a few Edge's on the lot. He was very helpful with All of our questions. We told Rod that we were just looking and he asked if we were looking to trade and we said yes. To make a long story short, we agreed to test drive a grey metallic SEL that we liked. After the ride, Rod took us in to his office and "sold" us on the deal. Needless to say, he was very convincing and we were very satisfied with the trade.... We weren't going to buy that day but we did. Thanks to Rod! More

I called the dealership after viewing a vehicle I saw on line. I asked to speak with someone in sales. A very pleasant woman by the name of Cathy Langbehn took my call. She verified the vehicle was ind line. I asked to speak with someone in sales. A very pleasant woman by the name of Cathy Langbehn took my call. She verified the vehicle was indeed on the lot. Since I was calling the day before Christmas, we set up an appointment for me view the vehicle and take it for a test drive the day after Christmas. I emailed her pictures of the vehicle I would be trading in & the vin #. She was able to have my trade appraised prior to my appointment. After test driving the new vehicle and some further negotiations, the sale was completed. I couldn't be happier. Cathy Langbehn made this a very pleasant experience !!! She has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. I will return to this dealership in the future...and recommend Cathy Langbehn to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a vehicle !!!! Took the time to point out the features in our new Edge vs our 4 year old vehicle, which we loved. Being former Ford employees, we knew that he was well-versed in the changes in the engine & electronics, which was helpful to us. He made sure we were comfortable during the purchasing process, keeping us informed at each step. Totally impressed that, even after we had signed the papers, he took the time to program our phone into the car's computer, gave us information of how the navigation feature operates, etc. He arranged for the hitch to be put on at our convenience, scheduling the shuttle, etc. Mike also was impressed with the installation of the trailer hitch. The car was given to us in perfect, clean condition. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from your dealership because of the wonderful people that work there...keep up the good work! More

Fred Almonte was our salesman, we first met on the telephone. He was very pleasant. He was very helpful answering all my questions that I asked about the vehicle in which I was interested in. The deal almost fell through when Fred call and said the truck was sold, and he was very sorry for what happened. He was very apologetic. He also, said he would find out what happened and get back with us. He called the next morning when we were out and left 2 messages for us to call him back. The truck was not sold, so we scheduled an appointment to meet with Fred in person. Fred seems to be very nice person, he knows how to talk to people and is not a in your face type of salesperson. I would highly recommend Fred (Mr. Almonte) to my friends if any of them our interested in purchasing a vehicle from FORD. It was nice meeting all the people that we met at the Ford Dealership that day. P.S. Thanks for putting the Gift card on the truck window, it was really a nice surprise for the Hubby. All his friends got a big kick out of it and they all liked his Red Ford Truck as they gave it a 3rd degree inspection at the Flying Club that we below to in Ocala, Fl.
