When we first stopped at the dealership, we were only going to look at vehicles, particularly the Ford Edge, with no real plan to buy that day. Rod Berger came up to us and offered to assist us and we to going to look at vehicles, particularly the Ford Edge, with no real plan to buy that day. Rod Berger came up to us and offered to assist us and we told him we would like to look at a few Edge's on the lot. He was very helpful with All of our questions. We told Rod that we were just looking and he asked if we were looking to trade and we said yes. To make a long story short, we agreed to test drive a grey metallic SEL that we liked. After the ride, Rod took us in to his office and "sold" us on the deal. Needless to say, he was very convincing and we were very satisfied with the trade.... I called the dealership after viewing a vehicle I saw on line. I asked to speak with someone in sales. A very pleasant woman by the name of Cathy Langbehn took my call. She verified the vehicle was ind line. I asked to speak with someone in sales. A very pleasant woman by the name of Cathy Langbehn took my call. She verified the vehicle was indeed on the lot. Since I was calling the day before Christmas, we set up an appointment for me view the vehicle and take it for a test drive the day after Christmas. I emailed her pictures of the vehicle I would be trading in & the vin #. She was able to have my trade appraised prior to my appointment. After test driving the new vehicle and some further negotiations, the sale was completed. I couldn't be happier. Cathy Langbehn made this a very pleasant experience !!!
