Service was great salesman was very informative and friendly he worked very hard to satisfy us in every way. Made us feel welcome to the dealership . Fred Almonte was our salesman, we first met on the telephone. He was very pleasant. He was very helpful answering all my questions that I asked about the vehicle in which I was interested in. The deal almost fell through when Fred call and said the truck was sold, and he was very sorry for what happened. He was very apologetic. He also, said he would find out what happened and get back with us. He called the next morning when we were out and left 2 messages for us to call him back. The truck was not sold, so we scheduled an appointment to meet with Fred in person. Fred seems to be very nice person, he knows how to talk to people and is not a in your face type of salesperson. I would highly recommend Fred (Mr. Almonte) to my friends if any of them our interested in purchasing a vehicle from FORD. It was nice meeting all the people that we met at the Ford Dealership that day. P.S. Thanks for putting the Gift card on the truck window, it was really a nice surprise for the Hubby. All his friends got a big kick out of it and they all liked his Red Ford Truck as they gave it a 3rd degree inspection at the Flying Club that we below to in Ocala, Fl. I researched several vehicles online and decided on a 2013 Ford Edge from Key Scales Ford. I contacted Blake Kelly and he was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire experience. He took me on a 2013 Ford Edge from Key Scales Ford. I contacted Blake Kelly and he was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire experience. He took me on a test drive and showed me all the features of the vehicle and then allowed me to take it home and show it to my wife. He was very helpful in obtaining financing and took care of everything. He showed me the MSRP of the vehicle and then gave me an estimated payment to help me decide on the purchase. My wife and I want to thank Blake and Rich for their time that they afforded to us on Friday providing us with a great experience in the purchase of a 2014 Ford escape. It is by far a superior product to any of the foreign made vehicles we have looked at. The Key Scales staff that we encountered were all friendly and helped in our decision making. This vehicle almost does everything for you and my wife and I were looking for the switch that the we could push to activate automatic driving as this vehicle does have a lot of features that we hav we never seen on previous cars that we have owned.
