This is my second experience with this dealership but my first time leasing a vehicle. Rich was friendly and helpful in showing me all the new gadgets on my new car. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Key Sales in 2013, a 2013 f-150 truck and a 2014 Escape. Our new car purchase began with an internet contact to Key Scales.We had done most of our research at dealers in another state, and wanted our new car to be ready for pickup when we returned to Florida. We had most of our vehicle specifications identified, and had a pretty good idea of the cost. Once we were connected with Fred Almonte, the process went without any issues. Fred had a couple of ideas for us to consider, and paid close attention to what we were requesting. The entire process was handled by phone and internet, so there certainly were things that could have went wrong, but didn't. Fred did everything that he had committed to do, and communicated with us regularly. When we arrived to pick up our new vehicle, Fred provided us with a thorough orientation of the vehicle and the dealership. A job well done. More
Do not trust these stereotypical, sleezy, slick, used car salesmen. We were wore out, from waiting and waiting, for the usual, ‘I have to check with my manager,’ deal. We were there over 4 hours! We agreed upon a different deal than was wrote up. We didn’t notice, until the next day, which the dealership was closed. Our first mistake, was trusting these people. Our second mistake was being in a rush, to get out of there and, ‘Just get it done.’ (The only reason we went with this car, is because it seemed like a good deal. I could have gotten a brand, new car, with no miles, which I really wanted, for what we ended up paying for a 2 year old, used car at Key Scales.) When we called the salesman, Rod, he simply laughed at our misfortune and hung up. Then, we called back, trying to talk to a manager. No manager available. We called back a few more times, a couple hours apart-not even telling them our business-and no manager. Finally, my husband had to take time off work, so we can drive the 20 miles, to return the car. Basically, the only person we could talk to, was Jay, the same rude tone leasing, ‘manager,’ who pushed us through the initial paperwork. Of course, he copped an attitude and got defensive, when we explained the misunderstanding. We had to keep him calm, when we explained that we didn’t want the car. He told us that Rod did the deal correctly, by charging up the sale, to above retail. He even showed us how much money they made off us! Over 3000.00! Of course, there is nothing he can do, they swindled us, fair and square. Now we are stuck with an overpriced, used car. Use extreme caution when dealing with these people. They lost more than just our business. We have 3 friends that are looking for Fords. I'm directing them stay far, far away from these people...you should too. More

On Oct,13 2013, Appr. 7:10am, while driving 1100 miles from home, a "thump" noise, very noticeable as I kept driving, prompted me to stop, asap, at the nearest garage or dealership. Owning 2 other Ford ve from home, a "thump" noise, very noticeable as I kept driving, prompted me to stop, asap, at the nearest garage or dealership. Owning 2 other Ford vehicles & the fact that commercials, seen on TV, showing expert service, I decided to pull into the Ford dealership in Leesburg, FL. The fact that we were on our way to one of Florida's Fleamarkets & were following my GPS in an area we were unfamiliar with, also made the "FORD" sign, out by the highway, like we were back home & relieved a lot of tension, caused by the continuing and getting more rapid "thumping" noise. The dealership waiting area was open, fresh coffee being brewed by one of the employees, whom let me know that in a short time, I would be taken care of! A short time later, my Oldmobile was driven in through the shop, I was able to Rent a car, to get us to our destination, and was called at appr. 11am to let me know our vehicle was repaired. What a GREAT relief, to know that, you can be FAR from home & have a problem that can be resolved in a short time, still carry on with your daily routine & meet such GREAT people!!! Abbey was FANTASTIC, along with the lady at the cashiers window & the gentlemen that helped me with transferring my articles from my vehicle to the rental. Oddly enough, from all of the week we spent on vacation, the most memorable moment was our vehicle problem that became a 'Good" experience with GREAT PEOPLE we never knew before that day!! 5 star rating!!!!
