I purchased a car in 2011 from another dealer which the 1st manager agreed to the terms, I went in the next day to pickup the vehicle and another manager thought my deal was," too good", and decided to eliminate the Certified warrantee, which I ripped up the contract and through it on his desk, they then agreed to the original agreement. I worked with Fred Almonte, his demeanor was I'm here to get you the vehicle you want, only if you want it. Fred never pressured the sale, he finessed it. I really think Fred enjoys creating a win - win situation. Fred did not stop when I wasn't hearing what I wanted to hear. He actually fought for my needs. I was so confident In Fred Almonte, that I explained what I would pay and the terms and condition of the sale, and it was up to him to make it happen. Fred was relentless, he kept telling me that I was going to get the vehicle that I wanted! We were too far off, I thought it would never happen, But it did!
