We will be customers of Key Scales Ford for as long as we buy cars. We purchased a Ford Edge about 3 months ago, and we got an amazing deal thanks to our sales rep Bill Pyle. Bill Pyle worked for us that da buy cars. We purchased a Ford Edge about 3 months ago, and we got an amazing deal thanks to our sales rep Bill Pyle. Bill Pyle worked for us that day, not Key Scales, and made sure we got the deal we were looking for. Bill got himself customers for life that day. It was beyond easy dealing with the team at Key Scales Ford. When I thought I had ac issues I scheduled an appointment with Wendy Rainy and was more than pleased with her and the service department. She was very accomodating to my schedule and so pleasant to deal with. Didn't have issues with ac, just wasn't used to it. We recently realized that our Edge did not meet the size we needed for hauling around our kids and their friends. We did not have any questions about where we were going and whom we were dealing with; Key Scales and Bill Pyle. Went back and purchased a Ford Flex. Again, Bill Pyle worked for us and not for the dealership. When we decided on the 2013 Flex, the finance department worked very hard to get a rate and payment we were happy with. I would recommend Bill Pyle and Key Scales to anyone looking for a dealership willing to work for and with you. We won't go anywhere else. Ever!! We couldn't be more thankful Bill and the Key Scales Ford team. Highly suggest giving them a chance when you decide to purchase your next vehicle! More

I used to drive new cars all the time trade them in ect until I had a really bad experience I got a car that was a lemon after giving a certain car lot my service for years they did not help or stand behin until I had a really bad experience I got a car that was a lemon after giving a certain car lot my service for years they did not help or stand behind me well a year after when I finally won my case I swore never to buy a new car again or trust a salesman well after two used cars which I loved me and my husband decided to buy new . Well after a week of misery and pushy sales men I was considering going used again well one last attempt we went to key scale ford I was very sceptical mark greeted us outside and took a few minutes to get to know us I was a little impressed but later after showing us a car with no pressure he also took the time to show us with what we were wanting to spend and where our payments were how we could finance it was a long 6 hours there with in between he gased up the car and sent us off for lunch mark bonner has changed my mind of what a sales person can be he is really there to help you understand we had a great experience and we are ready for years of wheeling and dealing with their crew! Since moving to The Villages about 2 years ago, I've been bringing my 2011 Ford Fusion to Key Scales Ford for all my service needs. I didn't expect to find a good replacement for the Ford dealer in CT with whom I'd been doing business for over 45 years....but was very surprised to discover that Key Scales Ford is every bit as good. So far, I've owned more than 15 Fords, the latest of which is a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. More

Rich was a very personable and knowledgeable sales person. The only thing that I wish we had done differently is get more mileage. I was talked into getting 10,500 miles on the lease and i just don person. The only thing that I wish we had done differently is get more mileage. This is my first lease and if I am happpy with it I will continue to lease when it runs out. If the service continues to be what it has been then I will use Key Scales. More

From the time I got there I was impressed with everyone I dealt with. Bill Pyle was my salesman, and was friendly, attentive and answered every question I threw at him.
