Joe Vanwaes, the service advisor was excellent to work with and kept us appraised as what was going on the car and long delay in getting the part needed to fix it. It took 8 days to get the part in wh with and kept us appraised as what was going on the car and long delay in getting the part needed to fix it. It took 8 days to get the part in which left us stranded without a car as they kept the car at service department. We asked for the service manager, (Don't remember his name) to call us and we never heard from him as we wanted to see about getting a loaner car. Joe told us the service manager would not help us but we never heard from him. Then we asked to speak with a manager in the dealership and never recieved a call from them. When the car was ready, and I was picking it up, Bruce J. came to talk to me and then said the dealership could of done something to help us. But nothing was offered at the time and we never heard from any manager. We couldn't of been more please with the service from Joe and how he communicated with us frequently about the status of the location of the compressor part. We were disaapointed in FORD as a company that it took 8 days to get an air conditioner compressor for a 2011 Ford Explorer. We have been Ford buyers for 40 yrs. More

Wendy was great, she kept me informed on everything going on. I just felt that the $260.00 to check my air conditioner was a little high. After finding three used convertible Mustangs on the website, I inquired about the vehicles. I received a call from Tom who advised I could come in the next day to test drive them. I arrived right after website, I inquired about the vehicles. I received a call from Tom who advised I could come in the next day to test drive them. I arrived right after the store opened. I looked around the lot and could not find any of the cars listed. Finally, I met with Tom. He looked up the vehicles. He discovered the 2008 was enroute and was not at the dealership yet. Then he discovered the blue 2010 had just been purchased by another salesperson. He went to look for the white 2010, telling me it was in the back. He couldn't find the keys. After going to the sales manager, Tom discovered the white 2010 was sent to auction. Tom oferred me the chance to leave a deposit and he would get the car back for me to look at. I informed him I would never give anyone money without test driving first. I went home. Tom called me later saying he could get the car back for me to see without a deposit, no strings attached. We made an appointment for a test drive Monday at 3:30. On Monday, instaead of staying at work for overtime, I told my boss I had an appointment. Later that day, Tom left me a message saying the car was sold Saturday and there was no need to come in. By now, I lost my overtime position. I called the sales manager who really didn't seem to care. I then called Tom who asked me how I was doing. I told him I was pissed and why. He replied, "What you got to be pissed about?" Really? I just lost my overtime, after already wasting my time and gas last week because the INTERNET person doesn't update his own site and has no clue what's going on with his cars? I wasn't angry the car was sold to some one else. I get that..the company needs to sell cars. I'm okay with that. I'm angry because no one had the decency to call me Saturday and tell me so I didn't have to leave work and loose my overtime. Well, I will never be back. I had a trade-in and cash. Some other dealership in Orlando will get my money now. More

Mr. Gussler was very prompt to respond via e-mail to my request for imformation. He prompted me to visit the dealership and familiarize myself with the selections they had to offer. Once I visited the dealership everyone was very corteous and accomodating. Mr. Gussler showed me the car on display and I fell in love with it. He offered to take me for a spin on that car and eventually asked me to drive it back. When I realized that it was too expensive for me, he worked out a deal were I was able to finance a portion of the cost. This allowed me to purchase the car and he was kind enough to follow me home with the new car while I drove my old car, and his wife followed as well and was able to give him a ride back. this eliminated the inconvenience of my having to ask somebody to drive me back to pick up my car. He also showed me some of the features in the car and did his very best to get me to understand how they worked. Thank you Mr. Gussler. More
