Chad was very helpful in getting the ball rolling after my financing was approved the next day. He had my desired car ready to drive when I arrived. After giving me a good tour, and being extremely honest of existing scratches and dents on the used car, I took it for a test drive. Chad answered all my questions, and was friendly and talkative during the times that I had no questions. No pressure. I decided to buy, and he completed his part of the paperwork quickly. After a short wait, I saw Dave in his office to complete the rest of the financial documents and final signatures. Dave was sure to explain all the papers I signed, and elaborated on the sections I had questions about. Dave was organized and thorough. When all paperwork was complete, Chad brought the car to the front door, and was even ready to bring the car around to the other side door under the overhang in case it started raining. He took a quick picture in front of the car, texted it to me, and I was off and driving happily in my newly purchased car. 10 days later, Chad called to make sure everything was okay, which it is.
