I have been getting my Mustang GT serviced here for a few years now and they take very good care of it. This is the only nearby dealership that I trust with my car.Plus I have never had to go back with the s years now and they take very good care of it. My recent purchase of 4 new tires were recommended by Richard for my Mustang and he was good at explianing the importance of getting the right tire for my car. I came to have my 2003 Focus serviced, as I've always had a positive experience with the service department. I decided to look at new cars, and Wendy took the opportunity by calling Chris over to help me lo a positive experience with the service department. Overall my experience at Key Scales Ford was amazing! I had been in the market for a newer vehicle for several months. Not only did I find just the car I needed but the large selection of low mileage used had been in the market for a newer vehicle for several months. Everyone within the store was super nice and easy to work with. Daniel the finance manager did a great job explaining all the available warranties I had to choose from as well as the importance of Gap insurance. I was extremely surprised with the amount of follow up I received from the store after the sale, which showed me this dealership truly cared about my experience as well as the follow up Dan would give me to make sure I received the promised extras in my deal. My husband was in to have our old Grand Marquis in for service work. It was our first visit to their service department but they were friendly and professional. My husband deicded to just look at new car service work. It was our first visit to their service department but they were friendly and professional. My husband deicded to just look at new cars as we didn't think we could afford to trade at this time. Fred was wonderful. He certainly is not your typical car salesman, but then again we do not feel that any of the car salesman at this dealership were your typical salespeople. Fred let my husband drive an Escape home to show to me and we returned later the same day. Fred had left for the day thinking we would not be back until the next day but a very nice salesman my the name of Dan Shuten was able to help us with the purchase cost and stayed late in the evening as did all the people at the dealership to make sure we could complete the transasction that night. Everyone we dealt with at this dealship from salesman, financial person, manager, etc. were wonderful. It did not matter that we were not buying the most expensive vehicle, only that we were happy with the one we chose and that we were able to purchase the car for the best price. We purchased an Escape XLT fully loaded with everything we wanted and at a price we were comfortable with. My husband never buys a car in one day let alone one evening but this transaction was so great it only really took about an hour. I am sure it was because of the staff at Key Scales Ford.We returned the next day to talk with Fred and retrieve belongings out of our old car and have the Xzilon coating and Fred spent alot of time showing us about our new car and the Sync system. It was definitely above the call of duty. I would recommend this dealership and salesmen to anyone. They far surpassed our expectations. More

Hubby and I brought in our Honda CRV for an oil change and came out with a 2012 Mustang convertible!!! Since moving to Florida we knew we wanted to purchase a convertible and the one we saw on the lot ju and came out with a 2012 Mustang convertible!!! Everyone I dealt with was courteous and straightforward. I would hav eliked a slightly improved Trade-in offer. These surveys leave something to be desired. I maintain that no dealer is perfect. there should be more leeway for honest discussion. More
