Have already recommended the dealership and the sales person, who was very personable, well informed, thorough and easy to understand, friendly and NOT pushy or hard sell. The Finance Director was the b person, who was very personable, well informed, thorough and easy to understand, friendly and NOT pushy or hard sell. The Finance Director was the best I have ever dealt with, again, NOT pushy and did not automatically have many add-ons already on the finance contract. If there were add-ons, I intended to leave and take my business elsewhere. And the manager spoke to me each time I was there. Good job all around. More

WE CHECKED KEY SCALES ON LINE AND GOT A CALL FROM DEBBIE. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY AND BOTH TOM & DEBBIE WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. Tom met us and immediately took my husband to the Lube Department (because the service department wasn't open) to see if they could diagnose a noise when turning the steering wheel. I asked to see new cars and he met us there and answered all the questions we asked with great knowledge and with a smile. He never pressured us and when we decided to buy a new vehicle, he explained everything we needed to know and much more. When we went back to have running boards installed, he spent a considerable amount of time answering questions we didn't think to ask when buying the vehicle.We have been customers of Key Scale Ford for 11 years and they are very friendly and willing to work with you.
