Easiest car I have ever purchased! I had been surfing the web for some time, looking for a particular Ford Explorer. Key Scales Ford just happened to have the perfect car for my wife a I had been surfing the web for some time, looking for a particular Ford Explorer. Key Scales Ford just happened to have the perfect car for my wife and I. I requested info on the availability of the vehicle and received a response from Rich Rysell within minutes of hitting send. Seeing as the Explorer was available, my wife and I drove to the dealership. When we arrived, the Explorer was parked in the front where Rich met us to show it off and take us on a test drive. From that point on, my wife and I decided if we could get a reasonable price for our trade and 0% financing, we would buy the Explorer. Key Scales offered us a reasonable offer on our trade, 0% financing on the purchase and some additional offers and rebates to reduce the price. All in all, it was a very simple transaction. The management and finance people we friendly and efficient. We did not spend much time in the dealership before we drove off in our new Ford Explorer. Overall, I would rate this car buying experience as the most pleasant I have every experienced. Thank you Key Scales Ford!! More
