Great sales people but. Salesman Jonathan Mahowald was great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and very friendly. Manager Randy Lofton the same. Finance person not so friendly and knew we were a long way from home so stuck us with a high interest rate. Wouldn't even discuss others. He said "if you don't like you can refinance somewhere else". I should have walked out but we wanted the car and I will refinance. Was a good buying experience almost ruined by the finance guy. More

I contacted Rich Rysell for a price quote and he confirmed my illegibility for my discounts. His communications with me were very good. I notified the dealership that I would come and look at the car one evening. They parked the car under a canopy for me so that I could look at it and stay dry. Rich contacted me on Monday and offered to bring it to my house because I had concerns about my driveway. Once I decided to purchase the car the paperwork went smoothly.
