I worked with Allen who gave me a lot of his time test driving vehicles and presenting a variety of options based on my criteria for a new car. I told him I was not sure I was going to buy a car that day and he never pressured me into doing so. I went home to think about it and returned that afternoon. Working with Allen and Bruce Johnson, a very fair, no hassle agreement for the purchase price of the car was made without waiting for hours as I have done at other dealerships. The vehicle was serviced and washed and was ready in no time thanks to Brian Collins. Jim Roberts prepared all the financial papers and discussed other available options to purchase. He never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want and the paperwork was ready in short order. I hope Ford continues to make quality products that I can buy in the future because Key Scales Ford is the ONLY dealership I wish to ever use again! More
