Key Scales makes buying a car a pleasure! I responded to an internet query asking for dealers with 2017 Ford Escapes for sale in our area to respond. Rich Rysell responded the first day, and I responded to an internet query asking for dealers with 2017 Ford Escapes for sale in our area to respond. Rich Rysell responded the first day, and encouraged us to visit Key Scales. He and Alex Belloni spent over an hour finding out what was important to us in a new car, and having us test drive an Escape. We were not even sure we wanted to buy a car at this time and they were not pressuring at all. They gave us a trade-in price on our van, found a color we liked at another dealership, and wrote an "out-the-door" on Rich's card. Rich called a few days later to ask if there was anything else he could help with, and he and my husband worked out a few remaining details. By the end of the week we were back to purchase a car, and once again Rich spent a considerable amount of time going over all that was involved with the operation of that particular car. All of the people we dealt with at Key Scales were very professional, respectful, and considerate. We left feeling that we should call whenever we had a concern with our new car. It was a very comfortable experience. More

We both test drove the car and our questions were answered....this newer car had many newer features than our old car, so we had many questions and they were answered thoroughly. My husband had fewer questions, but I was totally lost at one point but in the end, I felt very comfortable with this new car. Both of these men made me feel at ease in the dealership, were NOT condescending, nor did either of them make me feel they were talking down to "the little woman".
