My experince From the moment I walked into the showroom, I felt I was noticed, when I approached the two salesmen I was greeted with a "how can we help you" I did From the moment I walked into the showroom, I felt I was noticed, when I approached the two salesmen I was greeted with a "how can we help you" I did not feel like I was pounced on. Ken first took the time to listen to me, and realized as far as the make and model I had already landed on a type of car, he listened to my color choices, he then made some clarifying suggestions but did not try to steer me to his conclusion, but rather I felt tried to enhance my wants with added features that were available that I did not know about. This makes him a great asset to the dealership, not just another stereo typical "used car salesman". Having grown up in a dealership when I was younger, I noticed right from the start that this was the Salesman who was going to sell me a car. Except for one hiccup on my credit, having nothing to do with the Dealership, my experience was top notched and I will probably be a repeat customer. The only thing I could say that I was not overjoyed about was that the detailing on delivery I think was rushed, this is a brand new car, and I found the glass dirty (water marks and streaky, and I found some sap marks on the hood that I felt should have been buffed out before I took possession, I am being very picky on this and I am having the car detailed my self to fix it, and I know this is not a big thing in the big picture, but it bothered me for the four days until I can get my Detailer to fix my pet peeve) Thank you. Went to trade in the car we had. Our Ford Fiesta 2016 was giving us problems on the transmission so we traded the vehicle in for a Ford Focus 2017 which was a safer vehicle to drive.
