Alan assured my wife and I that if we contact the credit bureaus they were sure a simple fix would solve my 750 point credit score drop and we would be driving home in a beautiful truck. The following weekend we picked up our new F 150 once it was determined I was indeed alive and still paying into Social Security. I can't thank enough for the help we got from both the credit department Bryan and his staff as well as Stan and Alan in helping us rectify a major issue with my credit report.
