Doug Faber met us at the door with a friendly smile and a great amount of knowledge about the vehicle we were looking to purchase, we felt we had found a new friend. Although we visited other dealerships after our first visit to Key Scales there was never a doubt in our minds as to where we were going to purchase our new car. We finished our negotiations over the phone and via email and scheduled a delivery date a few days later. Doug was kind enough to introduce us to other members of his team and that was much appreciated. We will highly recommend Key Scales to everyone we meet. The best salesman we ever had My wife and I had 2 bad experiences looking at a Honda, then a Prius when we decided to test drive a Cmax. As luck would have it, the salesman has one My wife and I had 2 bad experiences looking at a Honda, then a Prius when we decided to test drive a Cmax. As luck would have it, the salesman has one since 2013. He was a great source of information and was not a high pressure salesman. After a long test drive we decided to talk financing. Again there was no pressure to buy unnecessary addons and he accommodated our needs. All in all a great experience!!!
