From the first contact with Rich Rysell on the internet, he was informative, supplied the requested information in a timely fashion and provided consultative service (not pressure sales). Upon arrival, after introductions, we were presented with a "No Surprises" written copy of the quotation negotiated by phone. We test drove the car while our trade-in was evaluated. Upon return from the test drive, we were pleasantly surprised, all previously agreed figures were honored. It was refreshing to not be faced with bait & switch internet prices or trade-in values that declined upon inspection. I can honestly say, "all negotiations were conducted in good faith and honored". This theme was continued with every person we interacted with (Rich Rysell/Salesmen, Doug Faber/Sales Manager, Chris Morano/ Sales Manager, Jim Roberts/Finance Manager), even the person who detailed the vehicle before departure was courteous and efficient. The dealership is willing to work with buyers in establishing a fair purchase price. However, this dealer utilizes AutoCheck, which does not provide all the necessary information a buyer needs to make an informed purchase. Moreover, one of the keyless entry devices could not be located and thus not provided to the buyer(two of these devices are standard with this vehicle.) Despite these shortcomings, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle! More
