Excellent I went into the Ford dealership to buy a small, used manual car to tow behind our RV. I met Eric Montano and he told me it didn't have to be manual. I stopped him right there and said yes it does. he invited me to come to his desk while he checked for what I had asked for. while he was checking he gave me some written literature on towing a car. Much to my surprise there were alternatives. I went out and got my husband and we sat with Eric while he explained the different cars that were available to us. he brought out several write-ups about towing a car. we looked at a few cars and test drove them. we left the dealership impressed with Eric and his knowledge of the vehicles. we then proceded to drive up and down Rte 441 in Leesburg stopping in several other dealerships. None had what we were looking for but they all tried to sell us something nevertheless. at one dealership we got pretty angry with the salesman because he was so hard sell. we went home after spending several hours looking at cars. Eric called us the next morning and told us about a 2014 car they had just taken in he thought it might suit our needs. we took a look at it and it was perfect for what we needed. We bought the car. Eric never tried to push us into anything, he really knows what he's talking about and we would highly recommend both Key Scales and especially recommend Eric Montano More

He said just a minute and put me on hold, came back several minutes later and told me what one customer offered for the van but they couldn't sell it for that price. I made him an offer, he put me on hold for several more minutes, came back and said we have a deal. Unbelievable, he didn't say come on down, or what can you afford for monthly payments, or all the other lies we all have heard. I went down to the dealership. the transit was still there, (it hadn't been sold), it was pulled up and ready to look at. (They didn't have to go find it somewhere). I kept waiting for them to pull a fast one. After going through the credit application with Artie (which went very smooth) it was time to go see Dan in financing. There were some extras on there that I ended up not wanting in the end such as bumper to bumper warranty, gap insurance, etc. I thought this is it! This is where they are going to make it up on the car (because I got a good deal and nobody gets a deal when it comes to car dealers) This is where they are going to tell me that because of my credit score I have to have this or the lenders wouldn't accept me. Instead , the answer was ok no problem. They re did the paperwork we signed it and we were on our way. : This was one of two pleasant experiences I had in my life buying a vehicle. The last time was 41 years ago. I will recommend this team and Key Scales dealership to everyone I know. Actually, I am thinking of changing professions and would be honored to work for this truly professional organization. To sum it up.
