Long Day, a Few Bumps But Got the Deal I was Looking For I had a specific car in mind, Santa Fe SE Ultimate in Iron Frost, but the one they had on site did not have the SE Ultimate Tech Package and the I had a specific car in mind, Santa Fe SE Ultimate in Iron Frost, but the one they had on site did not have the SE Ultimate Tech Package and the Smart Cruse Control. This was a deal breaker for me so they found one in Night Sky Pearl, which I actually liked that color better. I agreed on that one, we played the game and I got the deal I was looking for. My initial contact was with Ruby Chu and then worked with Eddie Fefer. Ruby was sweet, energetic and very helpful through the process. The sales manager, Eddie Fefer, was never pushy or rude, like some I’ve dealt with in the past, and made the dealings ‘comfortable’. His job is to get the best deal for the dealership and my job is to get the best deal for me and he did a very admiral job. There was one bump during the finance process, the entire computer system went down, adding a couple hours to the whole thing but this was no fault of Keyes. The finance lady even went across the street to their Toyota dealer and printed the documents manually, Ruby made sure we had snacks and they activated the KARR alarm for no charge. Overall, a good car buying experience and I would recommend Keyes Hyundai to future Hyundai buyers. More
