Despite investing considerable time at your dealership, the offer presented for the identical vehicle leased by an acquaintance failed to align with expectations, and the resulting lease terms far exceeded what was initially discussed. Moreover, I must highlight the distressing encounter with your Finance representative, Fred Ameele. His demeanor was notably hostile, contributing to an already frustrating situation. Following extensive waiting periods, I was further dismayed to find that the contract provided was password protected, rendering it impossible for me to review and sign as necessary. Having been a loyal Audi lessee for the past 12 years, accustomed to the utmost professionalism in every interaction, this stark deviation from expected standards has left me deeply dissatisfied. The disparity between the service I have come to expect and the reality of my recent encounter with Keys Hyundai is both concerning and disheartening.
