MIKE WEST insisted that he didn’t have to fix it and “the deal was done” After haggling with them they agreed to fix it kept my car for two days without looking at it. They called me to come pick it up And the engine light was back on before even went 10 min off the lot. They just cleared the computer to turn the light off instead of fixing it. They keep telling me nothing can be done about it the deal has been financed and I’m out of luck. They don’t care about their customers only a paycheck. More

We brought a car in to have a warrantied part changed. They refused to change it, charged us $145 to scan it, and told us it was over $3,000 worth of other stuff that needed to be fixed. We took it back to our mechanic and paid for it to be fixed and all the other problems went away. They tried to scam us and overcharge us and were rude, and condescending to us. Would not recommend their service department at all. More
