I've been buying and having cars serviced there for twenty years. They have become trusted friends. Can't imagine going anywhere else after all this time and consistently good experiences. You know the stereotype of the car salesman etc...they shatter all that with their kindness, fairness and willingness to help under all circumstances. I trusted David's judgement and I am glad I did. When we got home last week, I drove down to the collision center and spoke with Al Barnabei about what needs to be done to bring my baby, oops... I mean my Volvo back to life. My daughter and I went to Sweden to get the car and I am very fond of it. Al reassured me that it can and will be fixed to brand new. He explained what will happen when the parts come in and the damage is reassessed. Al even took me to see a Volvo S60 that was worked on and restored. I was impressed with their work and I think that I can trust them. Al didn't make me feel like a silly woman who loved my Volvo. Whenever I can, I recommend Volvo and Keystone in Berwyn, who was recommended to me by Marco Motors Volvo repair shop near Collegeville, Pa. Thank you for making a great car. More
