I just bought a XC70 AWD used and LOVE IT; we already named our car "Ruby". It was not the car that we initially came to test drive but Ron seemed to know exactly what I needed in a Volvo. My experience with Keystone Volvo was great. Ben was very friendly, patience, and mostly very knowledgeable. I bought a new XC60 T6 with all the belt and whistle. This is the first time we considered reviewing the vehicles at Keystone Motors. It was a great experience. Alan Kirsch answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to buy. We have used the service for regular and emergency repairs for almost 8 years. The quality of both the service and staff has been above our expectations. I contacted the dealer to purchase a new vehicle. I was under the guise that he could work with me to get me what I was asking for. That turned into him asking me to test drive a car I didn't want just to under the guise that he could work with me to get me what I was asking for. That turned into him asking me to test drive a car I didn't want just to tell him I didn't want it. Then when I told him I didn't want it he told me it was my choice if I wanted to waste my money he didn't care. Then told me he found a car but it didn't have everything I wanted but i agreed to entertain the purchase. He gave me on price and was not willing to negotiate at all it was his price and that was it. I declined the offer and took my business elsewhere and got the car for $4000 cheaper. By the way it was the same exact car model he wouldn't budge on the price. I was NOT satisfied. More
We have been dealing with Keystone Volvo sales, service and body for over 20 years. We have been a two Volvo car family for most of this 20 year period. That alone should tell you how satisfied we are with and body for over 20 years. We have been a two Volvo car family for most of this 20 year period. That alone should tell you how satisfied we are with all facets of their business. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else to buy or service our cars nor would we consider buying anything but a Volvo in the future. Keystone is a great service business. I live in Connecticut and once had a problem with the auto that had to be fixed before returning to CT. I stopped in at 6:30 AM on a Monday morning to try to Connecticut and once had a problem with the auto that had to be fixed before returning to CT. I stopped in at 6:30 AM on a Monday morning to try to be "first in line". To my surprise Keystone was already "up and running". They fit my service in on the spot and changed the alternator as well as an oil change and suggested some other things that needed to be replaced. I was heading north by 10:00 AM. During the visit we did not have time to investigate the warranty situation, but later in the week I was reimbursed over $1,000 for warranty items, thanks to the initiative of Richard Barr. when in Pennnsylvania other times I used Keystone as it is convenient for me Once at an oil changes some warranty related items were suggested and replaced and at the 90K service more warranty items were also replaced. The service department communictes well with customers -- always phone calls for descriptions and decisions and estimates of additional costs or warranty and importantly an estimate of the new "complete by time". These conversations are always quite professional and polite. All questions are answered and alternate options are discussed. Recently and in the near future I will be in PA often and will plan my Volvo maintenance at Keystone. Also, my wife drives a new S60 and a few months ago when she was in PA she had an electrical problem and did the same drop in early in the morning and the problem was dealt with under warranty and she also was on the way back to CT by mid morning. Also, we have been a Volvo owners since 1997 and used Keystone several years ago a few times for oil changes, etc. More

Since my purchase, I have continued to bring my car back to the dealership 2010. My sales rep was David Jurgensen and he was a pleasure to work with. Since my purchase, I have continued to bring my car back to the dealership to be serviced. Each time I come, everyone in the service department is friendly and accomodating. They answer any questions I may have and keep me update on how the service is progressing. They are timely in delivering my car back to me. More

Alan was pleasant and professional. It was worth the drive as we live in South Jersey. Just sad it too far for routine maintenance . Keep up the good work and will be glad to recommend to others.
