I have purchased several Volvos in the past, but I began my search for a replacement to my Volvo by looking at other makers, Honda, Acura being just a few. After several visits to these other carmakers, totaling many hours, I drifted back to Keystone Volvo to look at their used cars. Despite a busy showroom, Dave Jurgenson remembered me as if I had just been in last week and promptly showed me all the models I was initially considering, giving me solid information on each. I test drove many cars and through it all, I never felt "pushed" in any one direction. Dave explained his best values, on both used and new, and answered all questions in a straightforward, clear manner. I left that afternoon to make a decision with all the information presented to me. I returned tonight to buy a new car from Dave- a far cry from the used Honda I was considering weeks before. When Dave delivered the car to me, he insisted that I give him sufficient time for him to explain all the car's systems in detail, and so that I could make full use of all the capabilities this new car of mine could offer. Frankly, I hate the car buying process – the haggling back and forth is stressful. Dave laid out the pros and cons of both used and new cars I was considering. I learned of Keystone Motors (Berwyn) great reputation, particularly for their expertise on the high performance Volvo S60 "R", through my browsing of various message boards. It should be noted that the "R" driver/ enthusiast has very high expectations of how a car should perform and they expect dealers to understand/ respect this passion when it comes to servicing their cars. I have serviced my car at other Volvo dealers and the experiences have just been "ok". It sometimes felt that the service departments did not want an educated customer like myself. It was painful to try and get the service departments to look into certain known trouble spots within the car. That said, with my CPO warranty close to expiring, I decided to make the 2 1/2 hours trip to Berwyn for them to do a detailed inspection of the car. They arranged a loaner car for me for the entire week, as I would not have been able to pick-up my car until the following weekend. Needless to say, their great reputation I had so often read about, is well deserved. Steve truly understands the customer and knows how to manage this relationship. He spent a great deal of time with me reviewing my car and I'm completely satisfied with the work that they did. My car is driving better than ever and I'm confident in the "clean bill of health" they gave my car in advance of the warranty expiring. I just wish Keystone was closer to me than the 5 hour roundtrip drive!! More

The service department staff is busy to the max and they are very professional and completely organized. They have helped us obtain the benefits of our maintenance contracts, told us when a peculiar sound really wasn't worth fixing, nicely agreed to squeeze our out-of-state visitors who arrived with a Volvo problem into the schedule, and they have taken the time to discuss tire replacement and other repair issues with me over the phone when I have been traveling out of state. You do get what you pay for, and it has been excellent work and service. Plus, the coffee is great. I would absolutely recommend them. More

My husband and I went to Keystone with a specific car in mind, which he had found online. It met his criteria almost perfectly...price, size, warranty, etc. We were sad to find this car had already been so mind, which he had found online. But Alan, being the wonderful fellow he is, worked for about an hour, trying to find something else that would fit my hubby's needs. He found us a better car, same model, similiar miles, but with heated seats! Alan understood we were on a budget and as this car was slightly more expensive, he worked tirelessly to do whatever he could to get the numbers down to where we were comfortable.
