Mike has always provided excellent service. My car was ready exactly when promised and he even helped me figure out how to adjust the seat. I had to bring my dog with me the first day (new tires had to be ordered, delivered the following day), and everyone greeted her warmly, too. I appreciated being able to take her into the waiting room with me. (We were alone there.) They even had the seat cover in stock that I’d been wanting to buy, so I was able to accomplish that, too. Keystone Service is unparalleled. I keep buying Volvos there partly because the service is so wonderful. More
