Phantom repair I bought a 2006 Volvo S40 T5 AWD from them a year and a half ago and absolutely love the car. When it needed its 75k service I took it in. They told m I bought a 2006 Volvo S40 T5 AWD from them a year and a half ago and absolutely love the car. When it needed its 75k service I took it in. They told me that it would cost $450, then $550, and then it ended up being $750 with nothing extra being performed. They called and said something was wrong with the front suspension that was creating irregular wear on the tires and correcting that was around $950. Suspicious, I declined. I got a flat tire shortly afterwards and was reluctant to buy good tires. No longer trusting Keystone I took the car to a terrific independent mechanic who has serviced my Mercedes SL500 and my wife's Mazda 3 for the last 6 years. He told me that other than replacing a $70 part the suspension was in excellent shape and it was fine to proceed with purchasing a new set of tires. So what happened to the $950 cracked suspension bar repair? I will never set foot in that place again. They advertise themselves as exceptionally honest and then try to rob you. Goodbye Keystone! More
