The Service advisors are always very friendly and very thorough in explaining options that are available to me. Joe was great. He kept in touch via email during a rather lengthy decision process—not his fault—and was always available without being too aggressive. He's a good guy. My husband and I drove 2 1/5 hrs. to Keystone Motors finding them on the Volvo website, figuring we should be able to find a car with the amount of vehicles on their website. We wanted another Volvo aft finding them on the Volvo website, figuring we should be able to find a car with the amount of vehicles on their website. We wanted another Volvo after our 2004 Volvo with 208,000 miles was totaled after deer vs. car with no one hurt. They are easy to find in Doylestown which was the very first time we were ever in that town. Joe Craig was the first to meet us (I hate car salesmen) but he was fantastic he answered all our questions, didn't consonantly follow us around the lot and he left us alone to make a decision. We actually bought 2 cars, we were only going to look at a S60. We chose a left over 2013 S80 the price was very good!! And also a 2002 S60 with only 29,000 miles!!(for our daughter). They gave us a very good deal we couldn't pass up. Robert Stein did all our paper work for both cars which actually went very smooth. Once we decided on the S80 (it was in the showroom) Keystone got our car ready in less then 2 hours, even after halfway signing through the paper work we decided to get the ResistAll (Protection for paint and leather/vinyl) . They really went out of their way to get us out in a timely manner since we lived so far away! Since we went down in our rental car and bought a new Volvo we had no one to drive the 2002 home, Keystone is going to deliver the 2002 to our house!! WOW!! Keystone Volvo is definitely worth checking out! More

This is my third Volvo purchase over the past 22 years and Paul’s knowledge of my old car (2001 S60) allowed him to quickly supply clear, understandable comparisons to this new vehicle (2013 S60). I felt very comfortable operating all the new controls before I even left the lot. I would also like to compliment the efforts of Finance Manager Rob Stein and Office Manager Dianna Downey. The paperwork portion went very smooth and they also were quite helpful with investigating/advising me on a couple of additional PA DMV issues I needed to resolve. After first visiting a couple of other dealers in the area, it was clear that Keystone Motors Doylestown provided the best option for me, the right vehicle at a great price, accomplished in a friendly atmosphere focused on customer service.
