Keystone Volvo made a great impression on me during my recent Volvo purchase. When I compared this dealership to other premium dealerships in my area - - they were far and beyond the most trusted and cu recent Volvo purchase. When I compared this dealership to other premium dealerships in my area - - they were far and beyond the most trusted and customer focused. Being from the Lehigh Valley in PA I have purchased S-class, XJL class, A8L's and other premium products -- but never did I feel that I was being treated like a member of a family. With Keystone Volvo there were no offensive ego strokings or obligatory snottiness that comes with other luxury dealerships. (Come on its a car - - it is not what is going to catapult into exclusivity amongst your piers - - people really need to get serious about luxury cars and their silly trappings) I selected the Volvo for safety - - because let's face it when nameplates like Mercedes, Audi and BMW all did poorly in recent IIHS testing it because abundantly clear to me that brand opulence has nothing to do with safety - - and frankly I don't want to pay premiums for a vehicle that they can invest in sport sponsorship - - what I pay for is safety and practicality. . . so enough about Volvo - - now onto Keystone and why I like them - - - I called them on the phone because they had a new vehicle on my the lot that interested me - - -immediately they responded to my phone inquiry while I was traveling from another dealership in Berks county - - - since I already exhausted my options in Lehigh Valley. Keystone's quick response and overall sincere friendliness resulted in me closing the deal in a very short period of time. It was such a great experience I vowed that I would continue to go to that dealership in the future for all my car needs. (Not that is a bad thing to visit the Doylestown area anytime for what it offers). There is a reason they are the oldest Volvo dealership in PA - - I quickly gained trust in them and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a Volvo in the greater Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia metro area. They always let me know when my tires and brakes are approaching the point of replacement and leave it to me to determine when to perform the service. I have never felt that there has been unnecessary work peformed on my cars. The staff is extremely professsional and polite. Loaners are always available.
