Did not give up! My situation is not uncommon but none the less critical to me. After hitting a deer the car I was driving was not worth the effort or money to fix. As a small business owner last year was not good and my services I was selling seemed no longer needed by the public. Having gotten a job at Turner's Furniture in Albany the commute became expensive and took its toll on an already over loved vehicle. Gas was $70-$80 a week. Don't Believe A Word.. Chase & Clay Will Try to Deceive You! I'm a 50+ yrs. old female. I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia Autosport (3/25/17). My first encounter with this establishment was with Chase. He I'm a 50+ yrs. old female. I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia Autosport (3/25/17). My first encounter with this establishment was with Chase. He identified himself as the sales manager. Chase was hasty with his conversation with me. He never got a clear understanding of what my concerns were because he interrupted me each time I spoke. Nevertheless, I purchased a vehicle with Robert. Several days later, I received a call from Clarence. He informed me that I made an error with the amount issued on the check and asked me to return to the store to correct the matter. He informed me that the total amount on the check did not reflect the contract. When I returned, Chase and Clarence stated that I did not make the check out correctly. I was puzzled because I expressed my intentions several times. I put a large deposit down plus paid tax, tag and title. Clarence gave me the total to write and reviewed the check. Chase offered to get the GM to mediate because of the confusion,. After sometime, I was told that he was waiting for Clay to end a phone call. When Clay entered the building, I walked up to introduce myself. I asked him if he was the GM. He rudely responded "my name is Clay". So.. I asked the question again "are you the GM?" His response was the same. I explained to him that Chase was waiting for him and that we were under the impression that you were going to help assist us. Clay did not respond and I walked away with frustration. In my opinion they are bias against women. I would not send my daughter, aunts or sisters to the dealership. WOMEN BEWARE! More
