I bought the Jeep from Carl Gregory with the life-time warranty on the transmission and the engine and all parts related. I let them do ALL the service on my Jeep and they were ALWAYS EXCELLENT. I thought about buying another Compass, but I bought the Kia Optima. It seems to be a great car and all the reviews (including Consumer Reports) give it a great rating in all the categories. I hope the Kia Service is commensurate. More

Bessie Williams was excellent in helping me get my new Kia Soul. I had some initial concerns about being able to drive it comfortably because I'm very short and petite, but she was very understanding and Kia Soul. She was very helpful and patient while I mulled over my options, and I feel good knowing she's still available if I have any questions after buying the car. She went above and beyond my expectations.
