On arrival I was greeted very warmly and asked if I could be assisted in any way. I have been to quite a number of car dealerships in the past years, and through many experiences have seen pushy, overbearin be assisted in any way. I have been to quite a number of car dealerships in the past years, and through many experiences have seen pushy, overbearing sales people that are determined to sell you something you have no interest in purchasing. It was such a relief to find someone interested in my desire and concerns with a new vehicle. Taylor went to great lengths to show me all the different models I was interested in as well as explain all features and extras for each. All the staff were so cordial, even to seeing after my 92 year mother's needs while I looked at vehicles and completed my purchase. I could not ask or dream of a better experience with purchasing a new vehicle. More

My business experience experience with Kia Autosport of Columbus and my finance person was infallible.The wife an I had high expectations traveling there from Lagrange.We were certain after arriving an Columbus and my finance person was infallible.The wife an I had high expectations traveling there from Lagrange.We were certain after arriving and the warm greeting that was shown us we would leave with a new car.Presley Copeland was and is a young man of high energy and totally focused on the task at hand and that is not only to sell you a car but to put you in a car that accomodate your budget and needs and to guarantee you're sastified. he is a valuable asset to the company.In my opinion he more than eceeded my expectations as great salesman.I would like to also like to say he did several follow-up contacts after the sale.His extensive knowledge ot the product he was attempting to sell,ablity to listen to the customer and assess what they want also he was accomdating,consistent,persistent and a pleasure to deal with made me feel right at home.People love our car and want to know where is kia autosport when they see the tag on the front of the car just like i did when i saw the dealership advertised on the tv.Impeccable service guys and i'm recommending you as often as i can but you certainly earned my business. The reason that I have rated this salesman or the dealership with a five (5) is because I am a very particular person when it comes to spending money.
