I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. Yes, for the tires for life program, all services must be completed at our dealership. This is because, since it is our dealership that is guaranteeing the tires, we want to make sure everything has been done properly. I am sorry if our staff didn't communicate that well. However, with every purchase of a new Kia, our customers sign and receive a document acknowledging that they have tires for life on their vehicle, which clearly outlines the conditions of the program, including that all the services must be performed at our dealership.
