I appreciate the response, but I already spoke with the Service Manager, and that conversation is part of why my concern remains. I understand parts fail. That is annoying, but it is not something the dealership owns. What the dealership does own is the abysmal way the situation was handled after the failure occurred. The vehicle had roughly 2,250 miles, was less than two months old, and the AC failed before the first scheduled payment was even due. In that situation, I expected some level of urgency, ownership, or proactive communication from the service side. Instead, the explanation I received was essentially that appointments are worked first, especially coming off a holiday weekend. I understand that appointments matter, but that does not address the actual process gap. A near-new vehicle with a major failure should not be treated like a routine scheduling inconvenience, and the customer should not have to chase basic updates or escalation. My concern is that the process appears built around protecting the schedule instead of triaging the situation. That may explain what happened, but it does not make it a good customer experience. The sales experience was positive, and I have said that clearly. The repair-side handling is where the breakdown occurred, and that is why the review stands as written.
