Absolutely the worst service with the service department. Apparently, since it is a warranty issue, there is no sense of urgency. I am not important enough to help. I called and asked, when it might be ready and was told, maybe at the end of next week, they have had it since 3/8. I asked is there anything you can do, this is a lot of money out of my pocket for a rental, I was very upset. I was told no, we can’t help. I can’t afford to continue paying for a rental, but I have to work. I am at a loss, I have never had this bad of customer service. I bought my car brand new from them, I will not be doing that again. I will let everyone know how badly I have been treated. I thought this place strives for exceptional customer service, but I guess that is only if you are putting money in their pockets. More
