Best Purchase Experience to Date I hate car shopping. I'd rather drink from a gas pump. I was weary from a 2 week search and I had a really bad experience on Saturday. Rather than waiting until next weekend and prolonging the agony, I looked for dealerships open on Sundays and found the Kia dealership was open. Donald Watts, my salesperson, greeted me immediately, found the vehicles I was interested in quickly and when I asked about additional inventory, suggested a vehicle that I immediately fell for. He explained the Kia warranty, which was a big selling feature for me. The price negotiations were straight forward as was the paperwork. I drove off the lot within 2 hours of arriving. The staff was friendly, I never heard any of the lame car salesman lines, and the dealership office was clean and comfortable. I would shop here again--although hopefully not for several years. More
