This was the best experience I have had buying a car. Very friendly employees(Tim Grin salesman and Chris Jenkins finance mgr). I loved it so much that I was bragging to my best friend Tiffany Hart about my experience that the very next day 2/14/14 she went to the lot and bought her a vehicle 2010 Kia Forte Black in color. My mother in law Arlene Lamont also will be coming Saturday 2/29/14 to buy her one. I worked with the online salesman and received a price I liked, making it worth driving to Pensacola from Niceville in the rain. We arrived and were greeted by a different salesperson who was apparently ass liked, making it worth driving to Pensacola from Niceville in the rain. We arrived and were greeted by a different salesperson who was apparently assigned to close the deal. We were a bit confused and concerned when we didn't have the same salesman we dealt with online. We were happy to learn the online deal was still good though and after driving the car we wanted, with all the options we asked for, it was put down in writing. It took a while to complete paperwork and I was not thrilled about having to ring the bell. In addition, I was shocked when preparing to leave in the new car that it did NOT have a full tank of gas. The salesman informed me they were only authorized to put in $30 worth. It seems pretty cheap to not bother filling the tank, especially when we drove from another city to purchase a $20K+ car from Kia. It is the last part of the deal when we leave the dealer so it leaves a lasting impression. I'd recommend they rethink that poor policy, if that is what it is. If not for the initial confusion and the lack of a full tank, the ratings may have been maxed out. Everything else about the experience was good. MM More

This is my second Kia. Always had a very good experience with after sales service which is one of the reasons I went back to Kia. Drake was very helpful and easy to work with.
