I brought my car in steel, same issue on the day off service. Nobody call me back to explain to me what’s going on I left so many messages. No one returned my call. Absolutely does not care about customer service - or time customers wait. The greed of the overlords that run the KIA machine is all that matters and that couldn’t be made any clearer by the employees themse customers wait. Not only did your team “lose” my car but took 7 appointments and 2 full wasted days of my time just to get a diagnostic estimate. the greeter was “nice” but no one really truly cares about the organization or expediting of customer care or vehicles. They just want your car in service but not much else care is taken, other than taking cars to other random off site locations. 18 hours total for a diagnostic after a morning drop off. 4 hours for. The time I was told my car was ready before my car actually showed up. What a joke! More
