I had several calls with service telling them i would be coming to get my second NEW car key and have it programmed. They were very aware of what I was coming in for. When I arrived, no one knew what was go coming to get my second NEW car key and have it programmed. They were very aware of what I was coming in for. When I arrived, no one knew what was going on and I got shuffled around to many people before it could be figured out. I waiting over an hour out of my busy work day for something that should have been given to me when I purchased the car. Lets hope this car doesn't breakdown.. I am afraid to go back. More
